The retail giant said it is opening an outlet in the Dutch town of Nijmegen, about 30 miles (50 kilometers) north of Amsterdam.
The company plans to offer fresh flowers and fresh vegetables in the stores and in online outlets.
It said it plans to open the first store in 2019, and that it would offer additional outlets to other Dutch cities in the coming years.
The Dutch store is expected to open within months.
Wal-Marts are popular with shoppers, and it is not unusual for them to be popular with tourists, too.
The firm is also opening stores in Brazil, Mexico and Singapore.
